How do I know what size water heater I need?
It depends on your household size, hot water usage, and whether you're heating water with gas, electric, oil, or a tankless system. We do a free in-home sizing assessment and walk you through the calculation — no charge, no obligation. We'd rather get the numbers right up front than have you live with a unit that runs out of hot water or costs more to run than it should.
What's the difference between a tank and a tankless (on-demand) water heater?
A tank water heater stores and continuously heats a set volume of water, while a tankless unit heats water on demand as it flows through. Tankless can save space and run more efficiently, but sizing matters more than most homeowners realize — our region's incoming water is roughly 45°F, which needs an 85°+ degree rise to hit a comfortable 130°F at the tap. We check each tankless model's gpm rating against that rise before we recommend it, so you get a system that actually keeps up with your household's demand.
Do you haul away my old water heater?
Yes. When we install your new unit, we remove and take the old one with us. You won't be left to deal with disposal.
Do you only install gas and electric water heaters, or do you handle oil and other fuel types too?
